Your time and our time is valuable and we consider that we both should be respectful of each others schedule. Please read our payment, cancellation, and "no show" policy outlined below:
50% deposit is necessary to secure the appointment.
remaining balance is due before the delivery of the service
canceling 72 hours or more before the appointment: no refund, the amount you paid is transferable to a different date
canceling less than 72 hours before the appointment: no refund, cancellation fee is 50% of the service you reserved
cancellation within 3 hours before the appointment or "no show": you owe the full balance for the service you had reserved. we keep the deposit you paid and bill you for the difference.
